Our Process
Thank you for choosing our travel service! Our process is as follows.
First we schedule a 30 minute call to assess your travel goals, what you want to experience, your tastes, your needs and your lifestyle, to materialize all your desires in your itinerary.
After the call we ask that you complete our travel form so that we have all of your information.
Because most of the work is in the planning and configuration of the services, we require a $250 deposit for individuals and small groups up to 3 people, $350 for groups of 4 or more, and $50 per person for groups more than 12. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the trip.
Once we figure everything out, we present you with a quote for your approval with the value of the completed itinerary based on what you selected...
We then select a date to pay the full balance.
From there we organize your trip and make sure that everything runs smoothly once you arrive, as well as being here for you if you need assistance.

*Itinerary planning is limited to 1 week were all changes can be made.
*Itinerary approval must be signed.
*Payments are needed minimum 2 weeks in advance before start date.
*Payments made one week in advance are subject of late fee.
*Changes on real time from itinerary after its approval will cause a concierge fee depending on the scope and size of itinerary and group.
